All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 4–8 business days
• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Home Vivo is not responsible for any customs fees incurred.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
